About the BFA Flying Club

Our club is one of the most active in Thailand and all of South East Asia! We have members and visitors from around the world. Our FBO at Eastern Airport is just 15 minutes from downtown Pattaya.

Our FBO and club offer hangars, flight instruction, tours, repair personnel, and equipment, and a fully staffed clubhouse.

Over 40 aircraft call Eastern and the BFA home including Paramotor Trikes, Microlights, Ultralights, and a number of Certified and LSA aircraft.

Everyone is welcome to stop by and chat with our staff in the clubhouse. We would be happy to give you a tour or just talk about flying in Thailand or where to get the best Pad Thai!

Eastern Airport also hosts the only EAA Chapter (Experimental Aircraft Association) in South East Asia.

The airport is most active in the mornings around 7-8 am and evenings 5-7 pm when flying is best for small aircraft and paramotor flights.

Every Sunday we have Pizza night around 7 pm. Everyone is welcome to enjoy Jim's amazing PIZZA!
